Cancellation & Refunds

At Every Last Detail, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible at our events. Please read our cancellation and refunds policy carefully before purchasing your ticket or booking your event.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Illness
    • Inability to attend
    • Scheduling conflicts.
  • Refunds will not be issued in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns, public health emergencies, natural disasters, acts or terrorism or other force majeure events.
  • In the unlikely event of event cancellation by Every Last Detail, we will offer either a rescheduled date or a refund, at our discretion.

2. Event Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances), we will offer either:
    • A refund, or
    • The option to transfer your ticket or event booking to a rescheduled date.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

3. Event Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another person, but this must be done at least 72 hours before the event by contacting us at hello@everylastdetail.co.uk.
  • Transfers are subject to approval and availability.
