Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets, attending our events, booking our services or using our website https://everylastdetail.co.uk.

By purchasing a ticket, booking our services or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.

1.Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • All tickets must be purchased exclusively through our official website https://everylastdetail.co.uk.
  • We accept no responsibility for tickets bought through third-party sellers.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Klarna and Clearpay. We do not store or process payment card details on our servers.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our no-refund policy, except where required by law.
  • We use automated systems to generate tickets, and in rare cases, a ticket may be issued even if a payment fails. Please note that without successful payment, your ticket will not be valid in our system, and the QR code will not scan at the event. If your payment has failed but you’ve received a ticket, please contact us to confirm your booking status or retry the payment to ensure you receive a working QR code.
  • Only tickets issued by Every Last Detail containing a valid QR code are valid for entry. Any printed or forwarded copies not issued through our official system are invalid.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, illness, missed attendance or scheduling conflicts.
  • Refunds will not be issued in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns, public health emergencies, natural disasters, acts or terrorism or other force majeure events.
  • In the unlikely event of event cancellation by Every Last Detail, we will offer either a rescheduled date or a refund, at our discretion.

3. Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from Every Last Detail.
  • – If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket, please contact us at hello@everylastdetail.co.uk up to 72 hours before the event.
  • – Name changes are subject to a £5 admin fee
  • Please note: Ticket transfers are not accepted for early bird tickets, discounted tickets, tickets issued as a prize or promotion, or any gifted tickets.

4. ID Checks & Entry

  • You must be 18+ to attend and bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your ticket for entry.
  • Every Last Detail reserves the right to refuse admission without valid identification.

5. Reselling Prohibited

  • Tickets must not be resold for profit or listed on third-party resale sites.
  • Any tickets found to be resold may be cancelled without notice, and entry may be refused.

6. Event Changes

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the event line-up, schedule, location, or other event details if necessary.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any significant changes.

7. Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward all guests, performers, and staff.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
  • Alcohol will be served responsibly. By purchasing a ticket you agree to drink responsibly and understand that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

8. Photography & Media

  • By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be featured, please inform a member of Every Last Detail staff on arrival.

9. Liability

  • Every Last Detail accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items of personal property brought to events.
  • Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety and must not engage in dangerous or reckless behaviour.
  • Every Last Detail shall not be held liably for any injury, illness or other issues arising from attendance.
  • If you have a medical condition that may be affected by loud music, lighting, alcohol or  large crowds, please consult with your doctor before attending. 
  • By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you confirm you are fit to participate.
  • We are not responsible for the actions or negligence of third parties involved in the event, including but not limited to venues, performers or caterers.

 

10. Food Allergy Disclaimer

  • Catering at our events is provided by independent third-party suppliers. While we select reputable providers, we do not control the preparation of the food or the ingredients used. 
  • If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, it is your responsibility to speak directly with the caterer before consuming any food. We accept no liability for any allergic reactions or food-related issues.

11. Health & Safety

Attendees agree to comply with and health and safety measures in place at the event, including guidance relating to COVID-19 or other public health considerations.

12. Force Majeure

Every Last Detail shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, government actions, civil unrest, or strikes.

13. Severability

  • If any provision of these terms & conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
